Doc Tim Foods came about as the result of dozens of people telling me that I really needed to sell my concoctions that I would invent and share as gifts. Given my penchant for spicy, flavorful foods, and being located in the west, I decided that the company’s theme and image needed to reflect that. Doc Tim is an homage to that guy on the back of a wagon selling the snake oil elixirs that will cure what ails you.

While I realize that obviously, we can’t make that claim without a whole mess of legal issues, I do hope that you enjoy our products in the playful and loving spirit that they were created.

Our first and flagship product is Doc Tim’s Amazing Maple-Chipotle Sauce, which has won multiple national awards. We sell it bottled which can be shipped or in tubs for local pickup or delivery in the Los Angeles area.
